If additional funds are sent after the invoice is CLOSED, it could take up to 21 days to recover the funds, and if we are able to do so, there will be a 25% fee for tracking/recovery attempt.
We place a 10% Surplus to help us avoid any invoice shortages, however, some third parties have additional fees which supersede our safety surplus; should that occur, we will load your wallet with the remaining funds and a part or any parts of your order may not be fulfilled.
